Welcome back Lance

We are so pleased to welcome back Lance Gleeson after his motor bike accident.

Major surgery was done on his left knee and after several months of recovery he is back into the swing of flying model aircraft.

Today is his first day flying under guidance with our club's instructor, Rod Winton.

Can you see the concentration?

Norm Cardinal (above) saved the day with his portable generator and drills.
Bill Sharpe, Nev Vogler, Roy Salmon (right) did most of the up and down the ladder work.

Helpful Hands Create Shade
At last pilots and visitors can sit in the pit area under shade.

Shade cloth is permanently attached to the centre section whilst the left and right bays have fold out (as and when required) shade cloth covers.
